现实的人,可以用practical、sensible或者down to earth来表达。使用relaxed这样的单词,比如像:He s really relaxed.(他有着总是不着急/沉着的性格。)这样表达也很好。相反的表达是:He s too uptight.

人们在交往的过程中大都免不了猜疑。一般情况下你必须保持冷静,切忌感情用事。当思维中出现猜疑的信号后,需首先判断你对某事的猜疑是否具备充足的证据。比如你在猜疑别人是否议论你时,应首先回忆,在最近的一段时间中是否有人与你发生过争执。如果疑点很多,证据确凿,你应设法找到其中的一两个人核实情况,坦率交换意见。如果证据模糊不清,你就该尽快否定自己的猜疑。
