[笔者主观映象]
在对实训中呈现的这档节目的观察的基础上,就笔者对这三位进行“新闻议题”展开讨论的受训者的个人素质的了解来说,如果把他们放入笔者的主观映象的话,整个的“气场”应该是热烈而又深刻的。因为他们三个人的语言表达还是属于接近优秀水平的,所以,ZT的语言表达应该是点出“新闻议题”的关键点具有的“深刻”意义;LYT的口齿伶俐应该将讨论的交锋点把握住,这样可以既展示自己的长处,又能够驾驭讨论的走向;而WMX的沉静,可以将新颖的观点或看法“抛出”,进而引导“议论”的走向。这样的话,这档需要展示个人风格,同时又体现自己在“气场”里的“互动”照应能力的训练环节,就达到了体现自己素质的目的。否则,在短短的四分钟内,稍微的“谦让”就会失去话语权,并令受众对如此的“谦让”形成“被动”或“不进入气场”的印象。

ChenaPan:Now it's Round 3-BACK ME UP.Our contestants Zhang Shuo and Wu Meixi are standing on the stage now.And they'll deliver a 30-second speech and our audience will decide who can enter our semi-final next Saturday.
Wang Jing:First let's give chance to our contestant 1 Zhang Shuo.
Zhang Shuo:Once upon a time,there was a leaf of boat searching for its dream.After years of struggling,it finally reached a newly discovered continent.The later generation shouted out that“I have a dream”towards hardship.Today I would also quote their words.I have a dream,which is to stand on this stage and show 100%of myself and make my parents,friends be proud of me.I can do better than you could imagine.So back me up and I'll show you a dream-pursuing heart.Thank you.
Chen Pan:OK,next let's give chance to our contestant 4 Wu Meixi.
Wu Meixi:Through this competition,I find something needs to be improved.I have to say I really appreciate this wonderful chance and enjoy this stage a lot.So if you give me another chance,I will try all my best to make some progress.
Chen Pan:Now we have invited a special guest.He has prepared questions for our contestants.

这个实训环节的设计出发点是“大赛”式游戏不能少的一步,将其与教学的环节融合起来,一是使得受训者认识到这一职业的独特之处;二是促使受训者面对“淘汰”或“竞争”的残酷和激烈,进而形成较为“坚强”的心理承受力。就这个在实训时呈现的环节来看,受训者的表现还是真诚和认真的。但是,笔者也清楚:由于是课上的“实训”,所以,受训者还没有真正有在“大赛”上那种“只此一次”机会的“惊颤”和“紧张”心理,虽然也因是否能“晋级”会影响到平时成绩的紧张感觉。这样,在细节上就会有“懈怠”或“懒散”的神情被镜头捕捉到,以致放大到破坏所有表现的程度。

如果要问笔者会让什么样的表现“晋级”的话,那还是有几点要求需再次强调的。一是在所得到的30秒内,要清楚地告诉大家希望“晋级”的理由;二是进一步说明这一过程对自己的影响或帮助;三是感谢同伴及教练的帮助;四是清楚地表明如果不能晋级的话,对将来的打算等。

Li Liying:Good morning,my distinguished guests,dear judges,ladies and gentlemen.This is CUCN Cup Broadcast Hosting in English Competition.I am Li Liying.
Shi Jinhua:I am Shi Jinhua.Today's competition is divided into three parts.The first part is On-spot.In this part,every contestant has 90 seconds to have a short report based on one topic.And after their reports,one of them will be eliminated.But don't be frustrated.The person who is eliminated on this round has another chance in the third part.
Li Liying:The second part is Spacing Sharing.In this part,you will get a topic and deliver your point of view within 4 minutes.After that,there will be one of them on waiting list.But still don't worry,you will get another chance in“Back me up”.
Shi Jinhua:Then we'll come to the Back-Me-Up.The two contestants who are eliminated will deliver a brief speech to win the last opportunity.

作为这类节目的主持人,可以说是处于娱乐晚会和紧张比赛之间的一种定位。对前者的顾及是以幽默或出其不意的小笑话来“缓解”比赛的紧张气氛,对后者的把握是用“串场介绍”的方式,干净利索地理顺环节间的衔接。目前实训中的表现是没有将这两个部分分清,进而形成了严肃有余、活跃和轻松不足的状况。虽然这类节目中主持人不是主角,但是,又是绝对不能少的“串场”角色。这一环节的掌控,还是显得“干巴巴”了一些。

对于掌控主持人大赛的主持人来说,必须面对受众形成的心理定势:大赛主持人一定要比参赛的选手们高明一些。所以,主持人不论从风采还是语言,都是应该达到让受众在主持人与参赛选手两者间无法进行比较的境界。这样,就有了主持人有主持人的状态,参赛选手有参赛选手的状态。当然,因为都是在受众面前展示“主持人”应有的职业素质,所以,作为大赛环节串场的角色定位,还是可以避免“喧宾夺主”的。唯一对主持人有“更多一些”的期待是:能够以出其不意而又睿智机灵的“幽默”达到“锦上添花”的效果。至今,对于我们中国内地所有的主持人来说,难度依然很大。
